Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Vinegar
  • 16oz can Pinto beans
  • 16oz can Black eye peas
  • 16oz can Black beans
  • 1 can Green chillis
  • 1 Yellow pepper, diced
  • 1 Orange pepper, diced
  • 1 Red pepper, diced
  • 1 Red onion, diced

Directions:

Boil sugar and vinegar for one minute, let cool and pour over beans and vegetables
